All artwork is carefully packed by hand using professional fine art packing materials to ensure safe delivery and preservation of the surface and structure of the work.

Flat-rate shipping is applied at checkout for most standard shipments within the continental United States.

Shipping Rates

• Cabinet Works — $25
• Framed Works — $65
• Studio Works — $125
• Large-Scale Works — $195

Cabinet Works — Intimate framed works on paper, thoughtfully presented and carefully packaged for protected transit.

Framed Works — Larger works on paper, framed either in-studio or professionally, and securely shipped.

Studio Works — Mid-scale canvas paintings and artwork requiring reinforced packaging and careful handling.

Large-Scale Works — Oversized canvas paintings and artwork requiring expanded packaging and dimensional freight considerations.

All works are shipped with the utmost care to ensure they arrive safely.

Oversize or Crated Works

Exceptionally large works or pieces requiring custom crating may require an additional shipping invoice after purchase.

If this applies, you will always be contacted prior to shipment to confirm costs and delivery details.

Insurance & Shipment Protection

All shipped artwork is insured during transit.

Coverage is selected based on the value, size, and shipping method of the individual work. Signature confirmation may be required for higher value shipments to ensure secure delivery.

Local Delivery

Complimentary local delivery is available in the Wilmington, North Carolina area.

Local delivery timing will be coordinated directly after purchase.

Please allow 3–7 business days for packing and shipment preparation.

Collector Care & Packing Philosophy

Each piece is packed using a layered fine art packing method designed to protect the surface, edges, and structure of the work. Materials are selected to prevent abrasion, pressure transfer, and moisture exposure during transit.

Where possible, packaging materials are reused or recyclable.

Damage & Claims Policy

While every effort is made to pack artwork to professional fine art shipping standards, damage during transit is rare but possible.

If your artwork arrives damaged:

• Please retain all packaging materials
• Photograph the outer box and artwork immediately
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the claim as quickly as possible.
